Jahn precast vaults marry speed with craftsmanship. Manufactured in Grünbach near Freistadt, the modular vault elements are craned into position—fast, accurate, and with no extra trades. The slab is walkable right away and delivers the performance of a standard precast floor. Spans up to 6 m (≈20 ft) are straightforward to realise. And the compact build—often called the “Prussian cap”—preserves headroom, with no minimum ceiling height required.
Engineered with industrial precision, each precast vault remains a one-of-a-kind piece. Finishes range from exposed antique brick to refined rendered surfaces—opening up rich design possibilities. We carefully reclaim and restore bricks from demolition projects, adding authentic character while meaningfully reducing the environmental footprint. Their natural texture also delivers excellent acoustics and a comfortably balanced indoor climate.
